Legal and Ethical Implications of My Work

In my interactive non-linear narrative, I incorporated a video and images which are not my own work. In my case, this is not a copyright infringement as I am not going to use them for profit. Also, I am going to reference these files in Bibme.org website in order to notify that this is someone else work. This way, I am not going to be marked for creating the files but only for their adjustments for my interactive piece. I do not have any other legal issues in my work as well as ethical issues. My application incorporates assets such as texts, images, graphics, sound and video in order to promote the Brecon Beacons National Park along with its attractions, events and activities. It does not discriminate any sex, age, disability or ethnic origin. The park offers a wide variety of facilities, services and landmarks for visitors with different interests. The content of my work could not be offensive to anyone as it includes only true information about the park.
